The exhibition AYATANA (6) is the contemporary artworks of Thanutcha Leelangkura the artist from Silpakorn University, which present the stories of Buddhism and Science stated that Buddhism stays beyond the time, human that is lost in desires and science that will never lead to the core of the Buddhism. The deep lost in the 6 senses that stick to the abstract and factual and then happened to be in the loop that will never meet the lights. So she create the art work that take the infinite passionate of human to combine with the science which is the factual in her making process and try to convey that human will always have more and more desire. The smart technology that were created by human reflects the desire of human to satisfy their 6 senses to combine with the X-ray film of human body to convince that the growing of science create an unstoppable desire that will finally lead to the disgrace and human will never understand the core of the Buddhism which is timeless.
Thanutcha Leelangkura the artist that were raised in the city so she is familiar with the technological advancement until she started studying arts at Silpakorn University. She then stopped herself from all the advancement and devoted herself into arts, but when she looked back at it she saw that everything is growing significantly and unstoppably and it reflects to the desire of the human that it will never stop growing and their beliefs that is contrary to Buddhism. Therefore, she created this artwork, which express her thoughts in these issues. Thanutcha Leelangkura has involved in many exhibition such as The 3rd Youth Contemporary Art exhibition, 38th Art of Bualuang, 3rd Krungthai Arts, and many more.
